Lexington Confidential, or LexCon, was a zine fest organized by Alice Beatty and Samuel Schultz in November of 2025. It was funded with the rest of their grant from Transylvania University, secured earlier that year to visit Chicago, IL to develop their series Scully and Boone.

A stipulation of that grant required the students to organize a lecture on their research, creative process, and final output. Beatty and Schultz flew off the handle and created a community-wide event with local vendors, live jazz, three panels featuring industry animators and an art gallery director, concessions, and more.
